Yelp for Business App App Bewertungen

Im Grunde macht die App das was sie soll. Jedoch macht sie das nicht besonders gut. Viele Einstellung vermisse ich. Ebenso die Möglichkeit aus dieser App Beiträge zu anderen Unternehmen zu schreiben. Das geht bei Google schließlich auch. Also Leute. Zeit für ein umfangreiches Update.

Ein solches Bewertungsportal kann sich solch eine App nicht leisten. Peinlich. Eine Business App die: zu langsam ist, beim Fotos hochladen nach jedem zweiten Foto abstürzt, nichts kann und nicht übergreifend auf iPad und iPhone funktioniert??? Sorry Leute bitte dringend mehr Ideen und ein dringendes Update.

Super praktisch im mit Kunden im Kontakt zu sein, jedoch ist die Nutzung auf dem iPad Pro ein bisschen schlecht.

Ermöglicht es mir meinem Geschäftseintrag auf Yelp zu folgen ohne dass ich meinen Rechner aufstarten muss.

Good but charges to put your logo that’s ridiculous. Almost every other platform just lets you put your logo for free.

So far so good. App works great. I would highly recommend take it slow and customize everything to your needs.

Be aware, stay away from yelp, don’t waist your money, they simply rob you out of your hard work by deleting your good reviews, I’ll never spend a dime at yelp. I’ll give zero star if I could.

Those were real reviews from my customers. Ruined my business. Went to google ads. Buy buy

I don’t even know where to start. They try to get you in the door with a $300 promo which gets you absolutely no where. Well 2 weeks down the line with no leads to begin with, I get a $135 charge to my card for removing competitor ads?? This was never specified in the call I got from a yelp employee who got me signed up. I’ll be deleting my business account and disputing that transaction and I’ll never be using Yelp again for anything

They dont help with anything take down all my reviews and leave the bad ones

Absolutely loving using the YELP for business page. Thus far I had a call today from one of their representatives and had the best phone conversation ever on how to start up my business via Yelp to where my goals are!! Super friendly and super helpful and amazing customer service !!

I like that everything is convenient and clear, but I was a little disappointed in the paid ads, they do not bring results. But in general I like everything, I would like maybe some kind of video training course on how to use the platform

I am beyond impressed with the functionality of the Yelp for business app. It has made it so easy to have people message me on Yelp and respond on the trusted platform.

I’ve truly had a terrible experience with yelp. Tried marketing with them received no calls over a month whenever leads are purchased have never even received a response from “customers” simple leads resold for the same price to multiple contractors. This is a predatory company pretending to care about small businesses.

If you look at my business page, it shows 4 stars because Yelp is hiding 8 of my 5-Star reviews, including a review from a client who has been to my salon over 30 times. Yelp shows your worst reviews first, deterring clients from your business. It truly does more harm than good. Just skip having a page with Yelp and do Google Reviews only. Google is FAIR and shows 100% of your reviews.

The functionalities are user friendly particular for new users

Yelp has helped our business grow tremendously, we have a lot of customers connecting and closing!

We have a business with yelp where we had legitimate reviews from our patient clientele, that have been deemed “not recommended” by a flawed automated software. These were reviews written by patients who were willing to be called by Yelp staff, to confirm the legitimacy of their take on our office, as they wrote them of their own volition. We tried reaching out to yelp support, only to find that they could not do anything about it. What’s the point of having an automated software filter out genuine reviews, if even their staff can’t do anything about it ?

I don’t know why people would use Yelp to find a dentist. They do use it. Thank you.

More than half the reviews I have received have come from clients that have found me and hired me through Yelp. I have been fortunate to receive some wonderful reviews and every time Yelp takes them down and moves them to the not recommended section this hurts our business and it makes no sense to have someone find us, hire us and give us a review all through the Yelp app then have Yelp remove them

Don’t use them….

Yelp removes legitimate reviews from accounts. When you call Yelp for help, all they say is “there’s nothing we can do about it. Review check is ran by a bot.”

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!! They scammed me. They said I wouldn’t have to pay for my first week and charged me a month later. They then said they couldn’t refund me. Everything is recorded during calls but they aren’t willing to go back and review the call to see that their sales person lied to me. I was charged $40 for hidden fees. Also, DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INFO IN WITH THEM! It automatically saves and you cannot take it off unless you call customer service. Also, whenever I asked to talk to someone about them charging me for something I DID NOT PAY FOR, I was on hold for 45 min. I hung up and asked for someone to help with membership payments and they picked up within a minute. Coincidence, I think not. Horrible website. They also take your reviews away if you don’t have a payment plan with them. I had 5 reviews that were legit and they decided to take those away because they were “Not Recommended”. Basically said that I told them to review me instead of them looking me up themselves. That isn’t what happened and yet my profile gets punished for it. If it is a free app, you should be able to have access to free reviews. This is by far the biggest money scam you could do for advertisements on your business. Please take this advice!

I’m a small business owner. I listed my business on Yelp back in February, and accepted the free trial offer. They then charged me an outrageous amount before the trail time was over! Billing cannot be cancelled in the app, you must go online. No one answers the “customer success” line. I cancelled my ads and other upgrades and they still charged me! My bank sent me a fraud message because it was so large! They also didn’t notify me that potential clients had left me messages in the app. Maybe it’s beneficial to list your business here for free, but do not give them any financial information. Terrible!

I was convinced by a pushy sales rep to give Yelp a 2nd try after having a horrible experience about a year previously. I tried it for less than a week. Received no calls, nothing. He calls me back to say I had 7 calls come in. I looked through my missed calls and there were none from unknown numbers. Then says I owe them money. I told him to lose my number. Total SCAM. DO NOT USE YELP for leads!!!

I never get leads for job they always say u have a lead but it’s never there plus they don’t let ur customers leave a review don’t recommend yelp.

As a new business owner I started using yelp and they have helped me generate leads. The one downside is you do need to pay up in your ad spending if you want those leads. I’m starting with a few a week and so far it was delivered.

First of all, I want to highlight that I have received many reviews from my customers, which have been automatically and unfairly removed. These reviews come from people I have personally attended to and could be easily verified. However, the system considers them as spam and deletes them, which is unfair to my company. It seems to allow only negative reviews while removing the positive ones, creating an unfair situation for businesses—especially small businesses like mine that are trying to grow

CROOKS!! DO NOT GO HERE. They will steal your money. Dirty establishment and terrible quality work. Poor customer service here as well. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you don't want to be scammed and have money stolen, have poor work quality and disrespectful employees stay CLEAR AND FAAAAR away from this place!!! You've been warned.

It's a scam, they charge ahead of time for getting a referral that I was never able to contact and they keep trying to charge my card.
