Unfair Assessment of Businesses

Yelp is unfair in their assessment of which reviews are recommended and which are not recommended. ORM companies are also upset with Yelps hidden review system. A lot of accusations on whether advertising with them changes which reviews are hidden from view or not. I even had a customer write a reply on behalf of me and post it. I recommended yelp remove it as I did not write the reply and they refused. If none of us advertise with them, maybe they will change and recognize all businesses and reviews equally and give us all a fair assessment based on how we are doing.
