Good to see whats happening with my biz on yelp

Yelp works for my business and this is a simple tracker for leads and page management.

They hide your 5 star reviews entered by reputable reviewers and leave the 1 star reviews by people w only 2 reviews to their acct. this company blames algorithms. They lie through their teeth. Btw. This is my second review. They removed the first one. Funny how they can do this, but we cant.

Very unhappy with whats going on!!!! Unethical sales approach built on lies! I get nothing from Yelp! What Ive gotten is because of what Ive posted trying to drive business through the site. Also they have my business incorrectly listed so I get calls for doing things we dont even offer! They use the statistics to claim you have to much traffic to waive a cancellation fee of $700 that I was never told about prior to signing up! I will definitely be writing a BBB report based on what I was told and what has transpired!

But, I must admit Yelp does help my leads. The cost per click is way to high but it is what it is. I can also say as a paying client even my perfectly legitimate reviews get moved to the back page for no reason, I do not think salespeople do this intentionally.

I have been advertising with them for 7 months now and havent received a single lead. Their customer service is the worst, once they see how long the contract is they know they dont really need to help you. Ive been told two different early termination fees and still dont know the process of canceling. Ive been hung up on multiple occasions and cant get anything resolved.

The app only shows 4 reviews and none of the ones Im seeing are current. There is no button to display more. The sort cannot be selected, so there is no way to show your most current reviews in chronological order. Very poor review management capability.

If I could I would give them no stars. They destroy peoples business by filtering

Ok blue app is for biz owners I was look at pics and I couldnt erase pics what!!! Ok heres another bs problem The blue app is this app asked me if I wanted to be allowed to take pictures I said yes then locked me out of the ability to post pictures that Ive arranged to put on my business account and it started taking pictures from my private library and putting them on the Internet wow really not cool

I honestly dont know what Yelp is up to. They deleted three of my five star reviews with their messed up filter system. My family has a small business and they keep getting rid of good reviews from our page? Why?!??

The worst thing I could do for my business to join Yelp they remove the reviews that I have one after one without any explanation they are most expensive and the worst for advertisement ... before you trap and sign any contract with them check their reviews mostly bad but Real and true Just simply terrible experience

This company is horrible. They delete the reviews as soon as they are put up and blame it on an algorithm. Their billing department are rude and condescending. I gladly paid the early termination fee. If you are thinking about advertising with these jokers just dont do it !!!!

I cant understand how Yelp take the decision dived the reviews between recommended or not currently recommend. This Is decision from the customer not from Yelp.

The only reason why Im using this app is a quick response to my customers. But every time when Im typing the message it disappears if someone send me a yelp message at this moment. Yelp just shows the new message on the screen. Sometimes Im spending 15-20 to type a message for my customers and its just disappears to show me a new message. Absolutely useless app. Why you cant just let me check the message by myself in inbox? Or just show me small notification from the top for a few seconds?

The sales reps will promise you things that the company will not put in writing and that they simply wont deliver. They want you to sign up for a long-term contract, and it is written by lawyers in a way that is horrifically one-sided. The sales person will tell you not to worry about the unfavorable terms, that they will work with you to make sure you are happy, but when it comes time to find out if they were telling the truth, you will find out you are screwed. After a month or two of analyzing ROI, you will realize youre way over-paying. Thats what happened to me, and when I discussed it with the rep who had sold me on the deal, their tune changed. Even after you tell them you will never, ever advertise with them again, their sales people will hound you constantly. I have asked many times to be taking off their call list, but continue to get calls from new reps who will not take no for an answer. My advice: ask for the contract right up front and listen to nothing the sales person says, as they will tell you whatever you want to hear, including dont worry about the contract terms, and then only the ridiculously unfavorable contract matters. When you tell the rep right up front you want to see the contract you will end up signing, they will balk and make every excuse why you cannot see it.

A nonintuitive and poorly designed app for an inconsiderate and rude company.

Please fix. This app is currently unusable.

This is really bad for Bussines owner. You dont have any control over your page. The only thing they care about is you buying ad from them and that it. Keep away from this.

Yelp deletes real reviews of costumers and the other side theyre harassing business owners by phone calls to offer expensive advertisements. By the way their app is mediocre.
