Biased and unprofessional

First off I want to say that I liked Yelp in the beginning when I first downloaded the app for my business , however after receiving 5 terrific reviews from my customers they would slowly get hidden or or "not recommended " as they call it after multiple calls from yelps advertising agency, and me declining due to low funds literally my reviews would disappear. This is unfair and biased in my opinion , they dont have to make money off everyone , Im trying to make a living and by you deleting my reviews or covering them up seems unfair , if yelp believes them to be false contact my customers or message the recipient. Il go with the better business bureau next.
