Unfair to business owners

I just started using yelp for my accounting business a year ago. I received calls from yelp asking me to pay for their advertising and I declined. So far yelp has filtered all my 5 star reviews from clients who actually took time to write me a feedback while they were still at my office. The only one feedback yelp did not filter was a 2 star review, hence my "first and only review". That person said hes never met with me and only talked to me on the phone. I was busy and couldnt help him so he felt like he was mistreated and decided to give me a 2 star review. The 2 star was for me being nice. Its like writing a bad review for a restaurant before even tasting their food. But you give them 2 stars anyway. Thanks yelp.
