National enquirer of business review sites

Yelp discourages fans of business and encourages negative feedback. They remove anything they deem as too good to be true when that business is usually the main reason that person even got on Yelp to begin with. I think Yelp thinks businesses need them when its the opposite Yelp needs businesses.
