Incoming messages during the typing

The only reason why Im using this app is a quick response to my customers. But every time when Im typing the message it disappears if someone send me a yelp message at this moment. Yelp just shows the new message on the screen. Sometimes Im spending 15-20 to type a message for my customers and its just disappears to show me a new message. Absolutely useless app. Why you cant just let me check the message by myself in inbox? Or just show me small notification from the top for a few seconds?
