False promises and blatant rip off

They filter out reviews based on how much a business spends with them. When I spoke to one of their reps, she told me that it was important that I advertise. When I said I dont want to drive people to a Yelp page that has a bad rating because good reviews are filtered, she told me that the ratings and reviews dont matter. A Yelp employee told me "reviews and ratings dont matter"??????
