The app hasnt been working for weeks! Cant log in!?

Every time the app updates I cant use it!!!!! For several weeks at a time the app will not allow me to login. When I try to log in it takes a long time, then I can briefly see the side menu and it goes back to the login screen. Wow how long is it going to take to fix it??? FIX IT!!!!!!!!!
