Yelp for Business App App Reviews

This site and app is a total scam. They take off legitimate reviews and leave on false ones. Then want your money. They will not take off incorrect business information. Such a rip off.

This site is the biggest joke over. We are a small company with over 60 FIVE star reviews the yelp refuses to post unless we "advertise" with them. In the HVAC world there are a ton of crooked companies out there. But since they pay Yelp thousands of dollars a month, they somehow have all there 1 star reviews off the front page and fake 5 star review posted. Its a joke, its extension and its the mafia of review sites. They dont care about what consumers or customers have to say. They are just after the mighty

This app is great as customers who ask questions or for quotes I can respond on the go. Not sure why other reviewers gave such able rating. But as a business owner it is a handy tool.

Yelp is the worst! They decide what reviews are relevant and which ones are not! They leave all the untrue poor reviews up but the good/5 star reviews disappear, unbelievable! How dare they remove an excellent review because they dont feel its relevant to the business! Dont pay for Yelp services and dont follow them.

I spent months getting good reviews on Yelp then I had that one bad customer who tried to pull a fast one on me and I fight back they posted 5 different reviews on me Yelp wont even let me respond because I dont spend 5 hundred a month using there advertising the dishonest customer posted a picture and now thats my profile picture ! Thank you so much Yelp I cant even say my side of the review

I have yelp for business pages. I have a photo for every clients property closing with a congratulations to them posted so they can see it. They have left me several five star reviews. This computer program keeps docking my ratings and adding them to not qualified ratings. At one point, I had 16 visible 5 star ratings and now I only have 12. Its odd how I go to rate their app and it says, not enough quality ratings to post. Also, you can share your Yelp with people, you cant send it to them to view as part of your advertising.

They filter out reviews based on how much a business spends with them. When I spoke to one of their reps, she told me that it was important that I advertise. When I said I dont want to drive people to a Yelp page that has a bad rating because good reviews are filtered, she told me that the ratings and reviews dont matter. A Yelp employee told me "reviews and ratings dont matter"??????

So I added my business to Yelp and asked a couple of clients to review me. Their reviews are not shown. Checked with Yelp and was told I should not be getting reviews from my customers - only from yelpers. Makes zero sense.

All businesses should demand to be taken off of Yelp. They only hook up your reviews when you advertise. Why wouldnt they be able to put reviews in chronological order? Just advertise!!! At Yelp they are bullies, and so are the whack customers to scared to tell a waitress he or she sucked but have no problem doing it online, luckily the human race is stupid and needs this more than our businesses

$19 just to have someone click on my companys page Hahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha. Yelp needs help.

This company yelp on business it is totally crap I am paying $400 a month for advertising my business for six months and its no results they dont really care Yelp they dont really care business its growing up they only want every month for $400 I am so upset to begin using this crap yelp business advertising When I signed up with this crap yelp company they tell me my business and less two months I would have enough money and results I dont recommend it nobody to a waste of time and money with this company

They are a rip off just like every body else is saying here. Now stuck with them for a year paying 300 a month for nothing or ill have to pay 600 for a cancellation.

This in not the most useful app. It doesnt seem to have a great review system. Ill look at a business and see only a few stars,but if I read the not recommended reviews, it doesnt seem like the place is that bad. They just pick the negative reviews. I heard business have to pay for certain benefits with Yelp, and maybe thats how they get better reviews. Yelp is bogus

Hi I use it all the time and its nearly ever crash but - We cant cash out deals and coupons within the app. Overall use yep business app is on daily basis. Thank you for your time

Every time the app updates I cant use it!!!!! For several weeks at a time the app will not allow me to login. When I try to log in it takes a long time, then I can briefly see the side menu and it goes back to the login screen. Wow how long is it going to take to fix it??? FIX IT!!!!!!!!!

Because they pick and choose which reviews people see. They say they have soft wear that knows so if you ask a new customer to leave you a review it doesnt work it can only be by a dedicated yelp user who leaves tried often. And God help your business if one person didnt like it! Thats the only thing that goes up .!!!

Yelps premium ads Services a waste of money. And Yelp ignores all of our positive review to just post the whiney pointless reviews anyways. Why dont they have an up/down vote system?? This app is horrible.

This app is garbage. Why did I sign up for this service. Stay away everyone!

This website only posts bad reviews about your business. Good reviews will disappear in few days. Yelp is Anti-Business website. When you contact their customer service, you feel Like talking to new born child, they have no knowledge. Dont spend your money advertising on this website.

I find it hysterical that a review site only has 1-1/2 star reviews.
